PGR Agent Intranet
PGR Agent Intranet - Many PGR agents use the client section of their PGR Agent Intranet to maintain and manage their database of contacts. To get started, you can load in new contacts from another source. Click here for instructions on importing and exporting contacts. You can also grow your contacts from the leads generated on your website.
Once you have your contacts established, you can group them into logical segments based upon your business plan. For example, you can set up A, B, C or D groups. You can also organize your contacts into segments like past clients, friends & family, business partners, hot prospects, etc. This allows you to organize in any manner that makes sense for your business strategy. You can also export your contacts or a specific group for other uses such as a PREA e-Card campaign or postcard campaign. Microsoft Excel is the best tool for importing and exporting contacts.

Once you have you contacts set up in the client section of your intranet, you can take advantage of other benefits. Your website provides a very good lead management capability so that you can easily receive, accept (or reject/ forward) and manage your leads. Your lead management is already fully integrated with your contacts. Another nice option is the Monthly Real Estate Advisor e-newsletter which can be enabled to automatically send to a group or groups that you designate. You can also create your own custom email campaigns using the "Campaigns" tab or send individual emails using the "Email & Letters" tab. Even if you choose to use another platform to manage your contacts, you will still want to use some of the elements of your PGR agent website and intranet.
